How does it work?
Syneron eMatrixE2 features patented Sublative Rejuvenation technology, which utilises bipolar radio frequency (RF) technology to place heat energy effectively into the lower level of the skin. Then, this heat energy generates deep dermal heating in the region which induces skin injury to elicit a wound healing response.
Is it painful?
Some patients find the sensation of the heat on the skin a little uncomfortable.
How many sessions are required?
After just one session, the eMatrix can stimulate both the remodelling and re-growth of the skin’s collagen and elastin fibre structures, which yields the appearance of tighter skin. This treatment can be had every few months to maintain results.
When can I do eMatrix treatment?
Actually, there is no specific time for eMatrix. If you want to rejuvenate the skin with the amazing technique, you can go for it in all weathers. You will just have to avoid spending much time in the sun.
How much downtime is there?
The downtime varies from person to person because the treatment is different for different individuals. The wonderful treatment results are worth a short downtime. As it is a customizable technique, the downtime can be tailored to an individual’s needs.
How long does eMatrix take?
Different areas of the face and body may take different time to cover. In general, a full face EMatrix treatment takes 20-30 minutes.
Does eMatrix treatment hurt?
No, it does not hurt and the discomfort would be bearable. It is a fractional treatment but it does not hurt as much as aggressive fractional treatments do. The person will just feel prickly or warm sensation during the treatment. The skin color may turn pink or red but it will return to normal form shortly. Topical anesthesia and cooling gels will help ease this wonderful experience.
What are the side effects?
Unlike many cosmetic treatments, it has no reported clinical side effects to date. The best thing about the sublative rejuvenation is its capability to offer significant results to all skin types with little to no downtime.
When will I notice the results?
Most of the people experience a significant change after taking it. However, the final results take some time to appear. This technique triggers the collagen production, increases healthy cell production, and fights wrinkles & discoloration. Typically, a person has to take 3 treatment sessions with 4 to 5 weeks gap and the skin will keep improving.
How long will the results last?
You will get long-lasting and natural-looking results. If a person takes a follow-up session once or twice a year, the skin will stay rejuvenated.
