What Concerns can be Treated?

PCA is effective for many skin concerns including hyperpigmentation, skin discoloration, acne scars, and blemishes.

PCA peel is highly effective in removing aging and sun damaged skin problems while making you look younger than your actual age. It is also useful for ablating the appearance of large pores.

Is Treatment Painful?

Since it is a non-invasive procedure, it does not induce any pain. The division of complete process into small intervals has made PCA less invasive than other types of chemical peels available.

Anyone who is seeking a less invasive and comfortable chemical procedure is a candidate to undergo PCA peel in Dubai. You will be provided a brief description of the candidacy of PCA peel at the time your consultation with our skincare expert at Euromed.

What to Expect?

Once you have undergone the procedure, your skin could get pinkish for several days. Your skin will shine more than expected during this period. After around 3 days post-treatment, your skin will begin chipping and turn out to be tight and dry. From here to around 5 days post-treatment, you can saturate your face daily. Avoid any extra flaking for at least ten days after the treatment. In the case that there are any symptoms, they will be minor and go away in few days.

Aftercare

After having your PCA peel procedure, you may immediately experience slight redness and swell in the treated areas, but this won’t stay for long and vanish away in few hours. You may also experience slight flake and stretch of the skin. Patients should follow the home care advice of their clinician after the treatment. Following post-op care instructions are also essential in getting the maximum outcomes from the treatment.

  • Take full rest for a day after your first session.
  • Do not apply cold water immediately after the procedure
  • Avoid shower and swimming for at least 2 days
  • Protect your treated areas from directly exposing to sun
  • Do not exercise or lift heavy weights for few days after the procedure
  • Use medications only if they are prescribed by your doctor
